TCPA Compliance
Compliance is built into the platform — not bolted on.
The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) governs outbound calls and texts in the US. PestPulse enforces compliance automatically:
- Calling windows: outbound calls only between 8am–8pm in the customer's local time.
- DNC scrubbing: every number is checked against Do Not Call lists before dialing.
- Opt-out: STOP keywords are honored instantly and permanently.
- Consent records: opt-in status is tracked and auditable per contact.
These controls are non-bypassable, protecting you from the $500–$1,500 per-violation penalties TCPA carries.
